Fixed Windows and Doors
Windows
Crimsafe Fixed Window Panels are non-moving panels that can
be face-fitted, reveal-fitted using our angled frame or fitted
in the flyscreen track of the window.
All Crimsafe windows use the unique screw-clamp system tamper-resistant
screws go through a metal clamp, then through the Tensile Tuff
Security mesh and grip right into the frame, to hold the mesh
in a vice-like grip which gives it enormous strength against
attack.
Competing mesh security products rely on a plastic wedge or
glue to stop the mesh being drawn out of the frame when they
are attacked by an impact. But in simple terms, a wedge or
glue doesn't do as good a job at resisting impact as screws
right through the mesh and the clamp.
For this reason, other
products simply aren't as strong as Crimsafe.
Crimsafe Windows are the only security system to feature the
unique screw-clamp design, which gives them enough strength
to resist an aggressive attack. Other products are cheaper,
but they only look alike - they don't perform the same.
As you search for a security system for your home, be wary
of thinking that all security products offer the same level
of resistance to attack. The reality of the matter is that
they do not.
By comparison, heavy impacts will dislodge the mesh easily
on products using plastic wedging or glue to hold mesh in the
frames.
Only Crimsafe's screw-clamp design, and the thickness
and toughness of our 304 Security mesh lasts the longest
under attack, deterring even the most determined intruder using
the
common tools of burglary.
These are the window-types that can utilise Crimsafe Fixed
Window Panels.
- Sliding Windows
- Double Hung Windows
- Louvres
- Lap Louvres
Doors
Crimsafe's doors for your home are available in standard frames,
colonial-style to house cast panels and can even be recessed
into solid wood frames for a natural timber look. They can
be hinged or sliding.
All of our doors feature the unique Crimsafe screw-clamp system.
Tamper-resistant screws go through a metal clamp, then through
the Tensile Tuff Security mesh and then they grip right into
the frame, to hold the mesh from being kicked out.
When hit by an impact like a kick, competing mesh security
products rely on a wedge or glue to stop the mesh being drawn
out of the frame.
But in simple terms, a wedge or glue doesn't
do as good a job at resisting impact as screws right through
the mesh and the clamp. For this reason, other products simply
aren't as strong as Crimsafe. Crimsafe Doors are the only security system to feature the
unique screw-clamp design, which gives them enough strength
to resist a determined intruder.
Other products are cheaper
but they only look alike, they don't perform the same.
As someone looking to buy a security door, you need to ask
yourself if the money you could save by getting a cheaper,
look-alike product would actually be money wasted because you
didn't buy a door that offers the strength and security of
Crimsafe against attack. |
